UHS Lahore Undergraduate Admissions Fall 2026 Phase III at Jinnah Campus

The University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore, invites applications from eligible candidates for a limited number of seats in semester-based, on-campus undergraduate programs for Fall 2026, Phase III, at UHS Jinnah Campus, Kala Shah Kaku (KSK).

Eligibility: Candidates must have passed HSSC (Pre-Medical) or an equivalent qualification with at least 60% aggregate marks for Pharm-D and DPT, and at least 50% aggregate marks for BS programs. Candidates must also have at least 50% marks in MDCAT-2026.

Application procedure: Submit applications online at https://portals.uhs.edu.pk/ug-admission using a verified email account. Applicants must provide accurate particulars and upload all required documents. The non-refundable processing fee is Rs. 1,000 per program. Deposit the fee through the designated payment modes and upload proof of payment to the portal. Each selected program constitutes a separate application.

Candidates may apply for multiple programs and appear in multiple merit lists, but may secure admission in only one program at a time. Admission will be confirmed only after payment of the prescribed fee within the notified deadline. Failure to pay will result in forfeiture of the seat.

Required documents and admission conditions: Required documents include CNIC/B-Form, father's CNIC, photograph, SSC certificate/result card, HSSC Part-I result, domicile and IBCC equivalence, where applicable. Incomplete or incorrectly submitted applications will be rejected. Hard-copy submission is not required. Admissions will be made strictly on open merit. Merit lists, syllabi and fee structures will be available at www.uhs.edu.pk.

Student facilities: Free shuttle service is available on designated routes to KSK Campus. Clinical rotations take place at designated hospitals, including Jinnah Hospital Lahore, Sheikh Zayed Hospital Lahore, DHQ Hospital Sheikhupura and THQ Hospital Muridke. Single-room hostel accommodation is subject to availability and hostel rules. Eligible students may avail themselves of applicable government schemes, including E-Bike, Laptop and Honhaar Scholarship schemes, subject to their respective eligibility criteria.
