SINOR Swat Tender No. 03/26-27 for Scientific Consumables and Printing Work

The Swat Institute of Nuclear Medicine, Oncology & Radiotherapy (SINOR), a public-sector hospital in Swat, invites sealed quotations from registered firms, suppliers, manufacturers, authorized dealers and distributors registered with the Income Tax Departments and holding valid NTN/STRN. Procurement will be on an FOR-SINOR basis under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure.

Complete specifications are included in the tender documents, obtainable from the office of the Procurement Officer, P.O. Box No. 50, Swat. Office hours are 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, except Friday, when hours are 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon. The non-refundable tender document fee is payable by bank draft in the name of SINOR Revenue Generated Account or by cash deposit at SINOR.

Tenders must reach the office by the submission deadline and before the opening date and time. Tenders will be opened on the same date in the presence of bidders or their authorized agents who wish to attend. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders under PPRA Rules.

If an unplanned or unforeseen public holiday occurs, tenders will be opened on the next working day at the same opening time.
