The Municipal Committee Chakwal invites participation in auctions for the monthly rental rights of shops at New Market, Sadar Bazar, Chakwal, and a 10 × 20 LCD installation on the roof of the New Plaza Building, formerly the Bata Shop, in Sadar Bazar.
New Market Shop Lease Auction
The shop auction will be held on 16 November 2026 at 12:00 noon at Jinnah Hall, Office of the Municipal Committee Chakwal. The shops will be leased for 10 years under the Punjab Local Government (Property Rules 2018).

Interested parties must submit the required security deposit by 14 November 2026 through a pay order or call deposit, together with a copy of their CNIC. Security deposits will not be accepted on 16 November 2026. If bidding increases, the security deposit will also be increased on the spot.
After expiry of the tenancy, the lease period will be extended subject to reassessment of rent according to the market rate. Auction terms and conditions are available during office hours from the Regulation and Revenue Branches of the Municipal Committee Chakwal.
Rooftop LCD Rental Rights Auction
The Municipal Committee Chakwal will auction the monthly rental rights of a 10 × 20 LCD installed on the roof of the New Plaza Building, formerly the Bata Shop, at Sadar Bazar, Chakwal. The auction will take place on 16 November 2026 at 12:00 noon at Jinnah Hall, Office of the Municipal Committee Chakwal, under the Punjab Local Government (Property Rules 2018) and PLGA 2025.
The lease term is five years, and the reserve monthly rent is Rs. 50,000. After expiry of the tenancy, the lease period will be extended subject to reassessment of rent according to the market rate.
Interested parties and firms may participate by submitting a security deposit of Rs. 300,000 through a pay order or call deposit, together with a copy of their CNIC. Firms and companies must also submit their registration certificate and an authority letter. The security deposit will be increased on the spot if bidding increases.
