Banking Court-III Karachi Public Auction of 80-Square-Yard Landhi Property

Banking Court-III, Karachi, presided over by Judge Mrs. Naushaba Kazi, has ordered the public auction of a mortgaged property in Execution No. 09 of 2013 arising from Suit No. 1179 of 2007. The proceedings concern National Bank of Pakistan, B.I.S.E. Branch, Karachi, as decree holder, versus Muhammad Salim, son of Muhammad Yousuf, as judgment debtor.

The auction is scheduled for 9 December 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Banking Court-III, Block No. 50, Pakistan Secretariat, Saddar, Karachi. The sale is being conducted under Order XXI, Rule 64 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, for recovery of the decretal amount of Rs. 329,669, together with future cost of funds at the prevailing rate advised by the State Bank of Pakistan, calculated from the date of default until realization.

The judgment debtor's address also includes Shop No. 235, Babar Market, Landhi, Karachi.

Auction terms and conditions:

The property will be auctioned on an “as is, where is” basis at the court. The highest bidder or purchaser must immediately deposit 25% of the bid amount through a pay order in favour of the Nazir, Banking Court-III, Karachi, and provide a photocopy of their CNIC. Cheques and cash will not be accepted for this deposit.

The successful bidder must pay the balance before the court closes on or before the fifteenth day following the auction. Failure to pay within this period will result in forfeiture of the 25% deposit.

All government taxes and dues will be borne by the auction purchaser. The sale is subject to confirmation by the court. The court reserves the right to cancel the auction or decline any bid, even the highest bid, at any time.
