Summary: Sealed tenders are invited under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004 for works to provide certain facilities at a PAF Base. Tenders will be issued to pre-qualified firms/contractors and must be delivered to HQ DW&CE (PAF), Chaklala.

Submission / Opening: Tenders must be received at HQ DW&CE (PAF), Chaklala by 11:30 hours on 2026-06-26. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 12:00 hours.

Eligibility & Pre-qualification Requirements:

• Firms with experience in construction, electrical, mechanical and plumbing works/services.
• Registered with PEC in the relevant field. Enlisted with PEC Category C-5 or above with validity at least up to June 2026.
• Preferably enlisted with MES in Category A. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% bid security (refundable).
• No outstanding special report or recoveries from Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (DI&E).
• Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation with any government department and that no DI&E special report is outstanding against them.
• Firms must furnish details including work orders, locations and photographs of completed projects along with satisfactory completion certificates from users.
• Firms should submit list of personnel, bank statement, NTN certificate and income tax returns for the last three years.

Bidding Documents & Notes: Bidding documents will be provided to pre-qualified bidders in accordance with PPRA provisions. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders in accordance with applicable rules.
