Security Papers invites sealed bids on prescribed tender forms from reputable firms/companies registered for income tax and sales tax (with FBR & SRB) for the Operation & Maintenance Contract of a Waste Water Recycling Plant.
Tender documents and general terms & conditions can be obtained from the address below (09:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, Monday to Friday) or downloaded from the SPL website. Tender form fee is Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable). Tenders without earnest money, conditional, incomplete, or received after the due date/time will not be considered. Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. In case of a holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day.
