Key requirements: firms must meet evaluation criteria in the bidding documents; provide proof of valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax registration and placement on ATL; submit an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper declaring firm is not blacklisted; upload scanned bid security with technical proposal and submit original bid security (bank draft/pay order/CDR) in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad before bid closing. Only the technical proposal (hard copy) should be uploaded on EPADS as required; price bids of unqualified bidders will be returned unopened. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids under Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to visit the site.
