Punjab Highways Department Tenders for Widening & Rehabilitation Works in Sialkot (Two Packages)

Punjab Highways Department invites e-tenders from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered firms/contractors for two widening and rehabilitation road works in District Sialkot. Firms must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and hold a valid PEC license for the financial year 2026-27. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is mandatory in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee (valid 03 months beyond completion/extended time) in favour of Executive Engineer Highways Division, Sialkot. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical/manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the dates shown below in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Rates quoted as a single percentage above/below the DNIT estimated cost will be considered non-responsive.
