Public Health Engineering Division, Sialkot invites e-tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) from registered contractors/firms for civil works. Eligible firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the financial year 2026-27 in relevant categories and must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement portal. A Bid Security of 5% of the estimated cost in the shape of CDR / Pay Order / Bank Draft / Bank Guarantee (valid for three months beyond the completion period) is required. Digital signatures are mandatory for submission. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals prior to acceptance in accordance with applicable procurement rules.
Online upload deadline: 2026-10-29 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-29 at 12:30 PM in the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Sialkot in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
