Executive Engineer (Roads), C&W, P&PH Department, District Jhal Magsi invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the execution of specified BT road works under Composite Schedule Rates (CSR) 2026 / percentage rates for the financial year 2026‑27.

Eligibility: Contractors must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration, appear on the Active Taxpayer List, and meet other qualifications per Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders should have completed similar assignments and demonstrate required financial capacity. Original call deposit (CDR) for 2% of the estimated cost is required as earnest money.
Procurement procedure and submission: All procurements will be made through the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB. Tender fee shall be deposited via green challan in National Bank of Pakistan Jhal Magsi branch under the prescribed head of account. Bidding documents and NIT can be downloaded electronically; bids must be submitted online through the e‑PPS/BPPRA system.
Deadlines and opening: Last date and time for electronic bid submission is 2026‑10‑29 up to 11:00 AM. All tenders will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM on the ePPS system.
