Eligibility and submission requirements include: registration on EPPS of BPPRA; presence on Active Tax Payer List; not blacklisted by any procuring agency; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration; completion of 3 similar assignments; minimum turnover of PKR 138,594,587 over the specified previous years; registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-4 or above (up to PKR 200 million) in relevant categories and specialized codes including CE09 (Water Supply), CE10 (General Civil Engineering Works) and EE11 (Solar Energy) with applicable subcodes. Bidders must submit completion certificates for similar assignments, audit reports/audit balance sheets for FY 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26, and the prescribed tender participation fee paid in National Bank of Pakistan through an EPPS-generated challan.
Bid security must be in the name of the undersigned and issued by a scheduled bank. Issuance and viewing of the complete bidding document is via www.bopra.gob.pk. DPRQ/PRQ No.: 1886/14-10-2026.
