Scope: Execution of works for the year 2026 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on percentage rates.
Eligibility and requirements: Presence in the Active Taxpayer List; the bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required. The bidder must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature and have a turnover of at least 7,000,000 PKR in 2 subsequent previous years demonstrating financial capacity.
Procedure and security: Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bids must be accompanied by bid security of 2% in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned.
Tender documents: Obtainable from the office of the undersigned against a fee of 1,000 PKR from the date of publication of the NIT until 27 October, 2026 during office hours on working days.
