Eligibility and conditions: Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List and registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of the Government of Balochistan (BPPRA). Firms must not be blacklisted and must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. The bidder should have completed similar works and demonstrate financial capacity with minimum turnover of PKR 240,000,000 over preceding years. A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 3% of the offered cost must be submitted as bid security (other forms of security will not be accepted).
Submission and schedule: Only electronic bids will be accepted via the Electronic Public Procurement System. Last date for electronic submission is 2026-11-02 at 09:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:00 AM.
