Issuer: Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Punjab), Lahore. Public Procurement under Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rule No.36(b).
Sealed tenders are invited for various works on item rates for Financial Year 2026-27 covering construction, repair, maintenance and supply for Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) Lahore and its sector wings across Punjab.

Submission & Opening: Tenders will be opened on 2026-10-30 at 1200 hours. Bids can be deposited on the same day between 1100–1145 hours.
Earnest Money: Registered firms to deposit 2.5% and un-registered firms 5% earnest money in favour of "Director General Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) Lahore" by call deposit receipt (30% CDR & 70% cheques). Earnest money is refundable upon conclusion of the bidding process.
Eligibility & Documents: All firms must state Sales Tax Registration and NTN number in their quotation or the quotation will be rejected. All required documents as per PEPRA Rule, including fresh Active FBR Certificate, PEC registration, along with CDR & cheques, must be deposited with bid documents.
Right to Reject: Director General Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) reserves the right to reject any or all proposals/bids prior to acceptance. The procuring agency may, upon request, communicate the grounds for rejection to any bidder.
