Position	Quality Assurance Analyst - Operational Risk Management (OG-II / OG-I)
Reporting To	Manager Quality Assurance - Operational Risk Management - Enterprise Risk Management
Educational / Professional Qualification	Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/college. Candidates with first-class Bachelor's or a Master’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics or Statistics, and any relevant professional certification(s) will be preferred.
Experience	Minimum 2 years of experience in a bank or financial institution, including at least 1 year in Internal Audit and/or Internal Controls and/or Quality Assurance. Candidates with exposure to operational risk will be preferred.
Other Skills / Expertise	Good analytical skills with aptitude for quantitative analysis; basic knowledge of risk, controls and regulatory requirements; strong communication, written and presentation skills.
Key Duties & Responsibilities	Support risk-based sample selection for RCSA and other ORM quality assurance reviews per approved methodology. Collect and review self-testing evidence and supporting documents; assess completeness, accuracy and consistency. Perform selected control tests and document testing results using approved QA templates and working papers. Identify and document exceptions, missing evidence, data inconsistencies and potential control gaps; perform QA checks of RCSA, KRI and operational loss data to validate accuracy and completeness. Analyze data exceptions, anomalies and unusual trends identified during QA reviews and highlight areas requiring further review. Maintain QA records and documentation, including working papers, review trackers, testing checklists and supporting files. Follow up with relevant units on outstanding evidence and remediation actions; prepare QA observations, dashboards and management reports for review and approval by the Manager QA. Coordinate with business and support units during QA assignments and escalate delays or significant exceptions to the Manager QA.
Place of Posting	Karachi
Employment Type	Contractual basis for three years (may be renewed at management discretion); selected candidates will be offered compensation and benefits as per Bank's policy/ rules.
Assessment / Interview	Only shortlisted candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be invited for test and/or panel interview. No TA/DA for test/interview.
