PRIAT Lahore Request for Quotation for 15 Desktop Computers

The Directorate General Agriculture (Water Management), Punjab, through the Project Management Unit of the Punjab Resilient and Inclusive Agriculture Transformation (PRIAT) project, invites sealed quotations from eligible firms for IT equipment.

Procurement will follow World Bank Procurement Regulations. Partial bids are not allowed, and the purchase order will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder. Detailed equipment specifications are included in the RFQ documents.

Interested firms may obtain the RFQ documents from the Office of the Director General Agriculture (Water Management)/PD-PRIAT, Agriculture House, 21-Davis Road, Lahore, upon payment of Rs. 500 during office hours.

Sealed quotations must reach the office by 19 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Quotations will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Rates must include applicable taxes. NTN, STN and PRA registration certificates must accompany the bids. Bidders must submit their best and final prices, inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties; negotiations will not be allowed.
