The Government of Punjab, Emergency Services Department invites electronic bids for the procurement of rescue equipment, tools, generators, camping supplies and communication devices under Tender Notice No. 14/26-27 (Roq.). Manufacturers, authorized distributors, importers, sole agents, principals, firms and companies registered with the tax departments in Pakistan may participate.

Submission deadline: 24 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Bids will be opened electronically at 11:30 a.m. on the same day. Bidders must register with the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority's e-Procurement System and submit bids electronically through punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Interested bidders may download the bidding documents through the e-Procurement System or ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical financial instruments, including call deposit receipts, pay orders and bank guarantees, will not be accepted. A single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will be followed under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
