Government Shipping Office Karachi LDC Job 2026 – Balochistan Quota

The Government Shipping Office, Karachi, Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Government of Pakistan, invites applications from candidates holding a Balochistan Local/Domicile Certificate for one regular Lower Division Clerk position under the Balochistan provincial quota.

Eligibility and recruitment conditions: Only candidates possessing a Balochistan Local/Domicile Certificate are eligible, in accordance with the Establishment Division's instructions concerning the Balochistan Federal Employment Facilitation Cell (BEFC), 2026, issued through Letter No. 2/5/2026-BEFC-001 dated 27 October 2026. Preference will be given in accordance with the Establishment Division's directions regarding the 10% women quota.

Recruitment will take place at district level with assistance from newly established Employment Cells in Balochistan districts, as a special arrangement to facilitate recruitment of residents. Selection will be through a walk-in interview process, without an entry or written test. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

Applicants must bring their original documents and one set of attested copies of their Matriculation certificate from a recognized board, CNIC and domicile certificate to the interview. Fake documents or false information will result in cancellation of recruitment or employment at any stage of the candidate's career. The Government Shipping Office reserves the right to modify or cancel the recruitment process at any stage. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview.
