Banking Court Karachi Summons: Standard Chartered Bank vs Kishan Vaswani, Suit 175 of 2026

Banking Court No. I, Karachi, before Judge Muhammad Saad Qureshi, has issued summons in Suit No. 175 of 2026, Standard Chartered Bank (Pakistan) Limited versus Kishan Vaswani, son of Mohan Lal.
