Banking Court Karachi Summons in Habib Bank Suit No. 170 of 2026

Banking Court No. I, Karachi, before Judge Muhammad Saad Qureshi, has issued summons under Appendix B, Form No. 4 C.P.C., in Suit No. 170 of 2026. The court is located at Block No. 55, Pakistan Secretariat, near Passport Office, Saddar, Karachi.

The plaintiff has instituted a suit under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001, for recovery of Rs. 1,660,480.66, together with profit, markup, cost of funds, charges, costs, realization of the entire amount, and sale of mortgaged property.

The defendant is summoned to obtain leave from the court within 30 days of service to appear and defend the suit, and to enter an appearance within that period.
