Civil Hospital Karachi Final Assumption Notice to Syed Hashim Ali Jaffery

Dr. S. M. Khalid Bukhari, Medical Superintendent of Dr. Ruth K. M. Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi, has issued a final assumption notice to Mr. Syed Hashim Ali Jaffery, son of the late S. Yasir Hussain, employed as a Ward Boy and holding CNIC number 42401-3092233-1, regarding his continued absence from duty since 8 April 2026.

Mr. Jaffery is directed to appear before the Medical Superintendent within 14 days of publication of this notice and explain why he should not be removed from government service under the Sindh Civil Servants (Efficiency & Discipline) Rules, 1973.

If his explanation is found unsatisfactory, no relaxation or further opportunity to retain his service will be granted.
