Procurement procedure: The tender process will be conducted under the B-PPRA Rules 2014 using the Single Stage, One Envelope bidding procedure. Evaluation will be based on Least Cost Selection. Bids must include all prevailing taxes.
Registration and eligibility: Registration with BPPRA's Electronic Public Procurement System is mandatory for all bidders in Government of Balochistan procurements, whether bids are submitted electronically or manually. Mandatory qualification requirements are contained in the bidding documents. Bidders must sign and stamp the entire tender document and provide only information required by the eligibility criteria. Submission of brochures or irrelevant documents may result in disqualification.
Bid security: Each bid must be accompanied by earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost, in the form of a call deposit or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in favour of the Project Director, BRCs & Polytechnic Institutes Balochistan. The original bid security and bidding fee challan must reach the procuring agency's office before bid opening.
Tender documents and fee: Documents can be downloaded from the BPPRA website. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 for each work must be deposited through a Green Challan at NBP under head C02818.
Submission and opening: Tenders must be received by 10:00 AM on 17 November 2026. They will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of participating bidders and procurement committee members.
