District Health Officer Mirpurkhas Tender for Basic Health Unit Equipment and Furniture

The Office of the District Health Officer, District Mirpurkhas, invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the supply of medical equipment, machinery, instruments, furniture and fixtures under ADP Scheme No. 913: Establishment of a Basic Health Unit at village Kangoro Shakh, Taluka Degree, District Mirpurkhas, for financial years 2026–27 and 2027–28.

Eligible bidders include suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR or SRB, whichever is applicable. Procurement will follow Rule 46(2), Single-Stage Two-Envelope Procedure.

Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be viewed or downloaded at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/. Interested bidders must register on EPADS at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration.

Bids must be prepared according to the instructions in the bidding documents and submitted through EPADS only. Manual bids will not be accepted. The original tender fee instrument and the required fixed bid security must reach the procuring agency before the electronic bid submission deadline.

If the government announces a public holiday or unfavorable circumstances arise, bids will be submitted and opened on the next working day at the same venue and times. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the relevant provisions of SPP Rules 2010.
