Final Notice to Plot Holders at Small Industrial Estate Kohat

The Small Industries Development Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar, has issued a final notice to plot holders at Small Industrial Estate Kohat whose plots remain vacant, whose construction has not started, or whose construction remains incomplete.

Within 15 days of publication of this notice, affected plot holders must submit their construction plan to the relevant office. The plan must clearly indicate the period within which construction on the plot will be completed and the industrial unit or factory will be established.

All concerned plot holders must ensure that development work begins within the prescribed period. Failure to begin work within that period will result in action under the applicable rules and regulations, including a recommendation to the Board of Directors for final cancellation of the plot allotment. The concerned plot holder will bear full responsibility for the consequences.

Plot holders are directed to take advantage of this final opportunity and complete the necessary action within the prescribed period.
