PHE Khuzdar Tender for Solar Water Supply Civil Works in Killi Suni and Junibi Suni

The Executive Engineer, PHE Division Khuzdar, invites bids from eligible bidders for the following work for the year 2026, based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on a percentage-rate basis. Tender reference: TSE-2627101218413.

Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through the single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. Registration with the BPPRA Government of Balochistan Electronic Public Procurement System is mandatory for all bidders, whether bids are submitted electronically or manually.

Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan, and must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. They must have completed at least one assignment of a similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity through turnover of at least PKR 3,642,813 in one preceding year.

The tender document fee is PKR 1,500. Bidding documents may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer from the date of publication of the notice until 17 November 2026, during office hours on working days. Bids must include 2% bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in favour of the Executive Engineer.

Bids must be submitted by 17 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer.
