PHE Khuzdar Tender for Solar Water Supply Scheme Construction

The Executive Engineer, PHE Division Khuzdar, invites eligible bidders to undertake the following work for 2026 on percentage rates based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023. Tender reference: TSE-2627111218963.

Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. Registration with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan, is mandatory for all bidders, whether bids are submitted electronically or manually.

Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and not blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. They must have completed one assignment of a similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity through turnover of at least PKR 3,339,285 in one previous year.

The tender document fee is PKR 1,500. Bids must include 2% bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Khuzdar.

Tender documents may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer from publication of the notice until 17 November 2026, during office hours on working days. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 17 November 2026. Tenders will be opened at the same office at 12:00 PM on 17 November 2026.
