PHE Khuzdar Tender for Solar Water Supply Schemes at Haji Zai and Essaabad

The Executive Engineer, PHE Division Khuzdar, invites bids from eligible bidders for solar water supply works for 2026, based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on a percentage-rate basis. Tender reference: TSE-2627111218893.

The tender fee is PKR 1,500, and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost. Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure.

All bidders must register with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan, whether submitting bids electronically or manually. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan, and must hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration. The bidder must have completed one assignment of a similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity through turnover of at least PKR 2,226,190 in one of the preceding years.

Bid security must accompany the bid as a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Khuzdar.

Bidding documents may be obtained from the Executive Engineer's office for PKR 1,500. Documents will be issued from the date of publication of the notice until 17 November 2026 during office hours on working days.

Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 17 November 2026. Tenders will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM at the Executive Engineer's office.
