PHE Division Khuzdar Tender for Solar Water Supply Scheme Civil Works

The Executive Engineer, PHE Division Khuzdar, invites bids from eligible contractors for civil works for solar water supply schemes in District Khuzdar for 2026. The works are based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023 on a percentage-rate basis.

Eligibility: Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. They must have completed at least one assignment of a similar nature and demonstrate annual turnover of at least PKR 4,979,023 in previous years, establishing the firm's financial capacity.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. Registration with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan, is mandatory for all bidders, whether bids are submitted electronically or manually.

Tender fee: PKR 1,500. Bidding documents may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer from the notice publication date until 17 November 2026, during office hours on working days.

Bid security: 2%, to accompany the bid as a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the Executive Engineer.

Submission deadline: 17 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer.
