Sindh Government Hospital Qasimabad Hyderabad Tender No. 879 for 2026–27

The Office of the Medical Superintendent, Sindh Government Hospital Qasimabad, Hyderabad, invites electronic bids for the hospital’s annual procurement under Tender No. 879 for financial year 2026–27. The procurement notice also refers to financial year 2027–28.

Bidding will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rule 46(2) of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules. Tender documents are available through the Sindh electronic procurement portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/.

Participating bidders must register on the Electronic Pakistan Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Supplier registration is available at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration.

Submit bids through EPADS by 11:00 a.m. on 30 November 2026. The tender fee is Rs. 3,000, payable through a non-refundable pay order in favour of the Medical Superintendent, Sindh Government Hospital Qasimabad, Hyderabad. The original pay order must be submitted to the hospital office before the bid-opening deadline.

Bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on the same day in the procurement committee room at Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU), Karachi.

If a public holiday is declared or circumstances prevent proceedings on the scheduled date, submission and opening will take place on the next working day at the same times. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject bids under the relevant provisions of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010.
