The Office of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Telecommunications, Punjab, Lahore invites electronic bids through a framework contract for the procurement of stores, equipment and repair services. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System at www.ep.punjab.gov.pk under Rule 38(2) of PPR-2014, using the single-stage, two-envelope procedure.
Eligible bidders include general order suppliers, manufacturers and firms engaged in trading that are registered with the relevant authorities and tax departments for Income Tax and Sales Tax, hold a professional tax certificate from the Excise and Taxation Department for financial year 2026–27, and are registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System.

All electronic bids must be accompanied by electronic bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price, in the name of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Telecommunications, Punjab, Lahore. Security must be furnished through the electronic system in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, pay order or PSID.

Bidding documents are available immediately after publication and may be downloaded free of cost from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and www.ep.punjab.gov.pk. Complete bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Telecommunications Punjab will not be responsible for costs or expenses incurred in preparing or submitting bids online. If the submission day is an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the closing date.
Purchases will be based on the lot-wise lowest evaluated bid price. Bidders must quote a rate for every item in the relevant store category; omission of an item rate will make the bid non-responsive. The successful bidder must deposit a performance guarantee of 3% against each supply order. The authority reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals under Rule 35 of PPRA Rules, 2014.
