University of Sargodha Director Planning and Development Job 2026

The University of Sargodha invites applications from Pakistani nationals for one contract position of Director Planning and Development under Advertisement No. 02/2026. Applications must reach the university by 27 November 2026.

The prescribed application form can be downloaded from www.su.edu.pk. Applicants must submit the completed form in hard copy, together with a complete CV and attested copies of testimonials. Two recent passport-size photographs must be affixed to each application form.

Applications must include the original bank deposit slip or University Challan for a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 2,000, deposited under the Head of Account “Collection” in HBL Account No. 00427991777803, University of Sargodha. Demand drafts, postal orders and other payment methods will not be accepted.

Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Candidates serving in a government or semi-government department or an autonomous body must apply through the proper channel by the closing date; otherwise, their applications will not be entertained.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview. Incomplete applications and applications received after the closing date will not be entertained, even if dispatched before the deadline. Any information found to be incorrect or false at any stage will result in disqualification and action under the applicable rules.

The initial contract appointment will be for three years, extendable for a further two years on a yearly basis, subject to satisfactory performance and the university's requirements. A contract employee cannot claim conversion to a regular appointment under any circumstances or claim a contract extension as a matter of right.

The university reserves the right not to fill or to withdraw any post, or to withhold appointment against an advertised post, without assigning a reason.
