The Military Estates Officer, Lahore Circle, invites objections concerning the inheritance and mutation of leasehold rights in Plot No. 15, Survey No. 197/15, measuring 975.44 square metres, situated at CMA Colony, Lahore Cantt.
The lessee, Ms. Nishat Begum, wife of Agha Muhammad Hashim Rizvi, died on 23 October 2021. The following persons claim to be her legal heirs under a court judgment/decree dated 19 April 2024 and an affidavit dated 14 May 2026:
