Lahore Cooperative Housing Society Managing Committee Election 2027

The Election Subcommittee has announced the schedule for the cooperative housing society's managing committee election for 2027 in Lahore. Polling will take place on 24 January 2027 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the society office in B Block.

Candidate and Voter Requirements

Members must clear their society dues and obtain clearance from the society office. Candidates employed in government service must obtain a No Objection Certificate from their respective departments.

Each candidate for managing committee membership must deposit a non-refundable election fee of Rs. 30,000 and a security deposit of Rs. 20,000. Payment may be made in cash or by bank draft. The required payments must reach the society office by 4:00 p.m. on 12 December 2026.

Candidates may obtain a voter list from the society office from 12 December 2026 upon payment of Rs. 10,000.

Members must cast their votes personally and bring their original identity cards for verification. Proxy voting is prohibited.

Objections concerning the voter list must be submitted by 3 December 2026. Contact the society office during office hours for election-related matters.
