Kharian Cantonment Public Notice for Legal Heirs of Qamar Ashfaq

The Cantonment Executive Officer, Military Land and Cantonment Department, Kharian Cantt, gives public notice regarding the legal heirs of the late Mrs. Qamar Ashfaq, wife of the late Capt. Ashfaq Ahmed, who died on 27 August 2025.

The inheritance claim relates to Plot No. 132/124, Survey No. 17/140, measuring 3,673 square feet, situated at L. J. Colony, Kharian Cantonment. The claim is supported by a court judgment/decree dated 2 October 2026 and an affidavit dated 3 November 2026. Succession rights were previously recorded under Section 3-A of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967, in accordance with Islamic Sharia law.

Anyone objecting to this inheritance must submit an objection to the Cantonment Executive Officer within 15 days of publication of this notice. If no objection is submitted within that period, the rights will be transferred in favour of the above legal heirs, and subsequent claims will not be accepted or entertained.
