Buleda Town Phase III Infrastructure Tender for Parking Shades, Street Lights and Children's Play Area

The Project Director, Improvement and Development of Infrastructure of Buleda Town (Phase I & II), Planning and Development Department, invites eligible bidders to execute the following work for 2026 on percentage rates based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014, using the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure.

Eligibility: Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan, and must hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration. They must have completed two assignments of a similar nature and demonstrate turnover of at least PKR 97,681,060 during the three preceding years to establish financial capacity. Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-4 or above, up to PKR 200 million, is required with specialization codes CE10(i) for General Civil Engineering Works, EE11(i) for Solar, and EE11(vi) for General Electrical Works Only.

Bid security: A security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must accompany the bid in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned. The original bid security must reach the procuring agency's office before the bid submission deadline, in accordance with Regulation 13(9) of the BPPRA EPPS Regulations, 2025.

Tender documents and fee: Bidding documents may be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours on working days, from publication of the notice until November 24, 2026. The non-refundable PKR 2,000 tender fee must be deposited using a green challan under account head C-02716 through the Government Treasury or National Bank of Pakistan.

Submission and opening: Bids must be submitted by November 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM. All tenders will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM.
