Sukkur Customs Auction of Confiscated Vehicles and Goods on 12 November 2026

The Office of the Deputy Collector, Customs Enforcement, Sukkur, Government of Pakistan, announces an open auction of confiscated vehicles, goods and other perishable items belonging to the Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Sukkur. The auction will be held on 12 November 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Customs Office, Sukkur, under Chapter V of SRO 450(I)/2001, on an “as is, where is” basis.

Interested parties and bidders may inspect the vehicles, goods and perishable items at the State Warehouse, Sukkur, during office hours from 11 November 2026.

Auction terms and conditions:

• The auction will be conducted strictly under the Customs Act, 1969, and the rules made under it. All participating parties and bidders must comply with the applicable provisions and conditions.
• All items will be auctioned on an “as is, where is” basis.
• Under Rule 67, the successful bidder must pay earnest money equal to 25% of the highest bid immediately after the fall of the hammer, through a pay order in favour of the Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Hyderabad. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the bid, and the goods may be sold to the second-highest bidder or a higher offer, or re-auctioned, as deemed appropriate.
• The successful bidder must deposit advance income tax separately.
• The Collector of Customs reserves the right to cancel, accept or reject any bid without assigning a reason.
• Under Rule 75(iii), the Collector may restrict or refuse any person entry to the auction premises or participation in the auction.
