RDA Public Notice and Buyer Warning for Waqar Town, Rawalpindi

The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) informs the public that Waqar Town Land Sub-Division, located in Mouza Dhok Abdullah, Jarahi Kalan, Tehsil and District Rawalpindi, is an illegal land subdivision. RDA has issued notices against it and informed the district and local governments.

The national identity cards of the scheme's owners have also been blocked through the Director General, NADRA. The owners have now submitted an application to the Director General, RDA, seeking restoration of their identity cards.

Any person, department, company or other party with a complaint concerning this scheme, or concerning the purchase or sale of its plots, should submit an application or objection, together with supporting evidence, to the RDA Planning Wing within 15 days of publication of this notice so that their rights can be protected.

The public is advised to refrain from buying or selling plots in Waqar Town, Tehsil and District Rawalpindi, until RDA grants approval or permission. RDA will not be responsible for any resulting loss.
