Municipal Committee Mianwali Tender for Electrical Items, Drum Mower and Tractor Repair

The Office of the Municipal Committee Mianwali invites sealed item-rate tenders from eligible bidders under PPRA rules for procurement during financial year 2026–27.

Contractors and firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for financial year 2026–27 in the relevant categories or codes may participate. Only bidders meeting the bidding documents’ eligibility requirements will be eligible for the tendering process.

From 1 July 2026, procurement activities across Punjab will be conducted exclusively through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bidding documents may be downloaded from Punjab E-Procurement or the Punjab PPRA website. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under PPRA rules.

Bidders must quote item-wise rates, scan the complete bid and upload it electronically to the Punjab E-Procurement portal. Bid security for each lot must also be submitted digitally. Instructions for digital submission of bid security are available on YouTube.

Bids may be submitted from the publication date until 26 November 2026 at 1:00 PM. Bids will be opened through Punjab E-Procurement on 26 November 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Municipal Committee Mianwali office by the tender opening committee, in the presence of attending bidders or their authorized representatives.

Quoted rates must include all applicable taxes. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, altered, overwritten or doubtful bids will be rejected. Performance guarantees will apply under prevailing government rules and the bidding documents. The competent authority may reject all bids at any time before approval or acceptance of the bidding documents.

Evaluation will be based on the total bid price using the Least Cost Selection method, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest quoted or least-cost bidder. The completion period will be included in the work order after approval of the lowest bidder’s rates. Successful bidders receiving work orders must carry out the required quality-control tests at their own expense.

All other clauses in the bidding documents remain applicable. In the event of an arithmetic or typing mistake, the original documents will be considered.
