RDF Tender for School Kits and Shared Arduino STEM Kits in Hyderabad

Research & Development Foundation (RDF) invites sealed tenders from registered suppliers, vendors, contractors and manufacturers for the supply of school kits and shared STEM kits.

Tender reference: RDF/OCHS/01, dated 8 November 2026.

Vendors and contractors must be registered with SRB and FBR. Provincial and federal taxes will be deducted in accordance with government law.

Tender documents can be collected from the RDF Head Office, Sindh Muslim Cooperative Housing Society, Qasimabad, Hyderabad, during office hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, or requested by email at [email protected].

Sealed tenders must reach the RDF Head Office by 5:00 PM on 15 November 2026. Each bid must include a pay order or demand draft in favour of Research & Development Foundation (RDF), equivalent to 1% of the bid amount, as a tender guarantee. Bids received without the tender guarantee may be rejected.

The tender committee reserves the right to change the quantities or cancel or reject any part or the whole process without assigning any reason.
