Karachi Tender for Technical Stores Supply – Tender No. 03/2026-27

Sealed tenders are invited under Tender No. 03/2026-27 for the supply of technical stores on an F.O.R. Karachi basis. Reputable firms and suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments of the Government of Pakistan may participate. Suppliers and manufacturers operating from residences will not be entertained.

All bids will close and open on 24 November 2026 according to the schedule below. Each tender carries a fee of Rs. 1,500 and follows the single-stage, one-envelope procedure.

Tender documents: Interested firms and suppliers may obtain documents from the office at Plot No. 173, ST No. 26, DHA Phase VIII, Karachi, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:45 PM, up to 23 November 2026. Submit an application on company letterhead with a non-refundable pay order of Rs. 1,500 in favour of “Account Officer P.O. Box 1135, Islamabad.” Cheques and cash will not be accepted. Attach a copy of the GST/NTN registration certificate.

Bid requirements: Tender documents must include the firm's NTN, GST number, telephone/fax numbers, company name and office address. Quotations must be neatly typed without cutting, overwriting or erasing. Rates must account for free delivery anywhere in Karachi and clearly indicate whether the quoted amount is inclusive or exclusive of GST/SED. Offers must remain valid for at least 90 days from the bid opening date.

Earnest money: Submit a bank draft, pay order or deposit equivalent to 2% of the total quoted value with the quotation; quotations without this security will not be accepted. Cheques and cash will not be accepted as earnest money.

Tenders will be opened at the office in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Payments to qualified suppliers will be subject to income tax and GST deductions under the prevailing Government of Pakistan rules. The competent authority reserves the right to accept any quotation wholly or partly, or to cancel or reject a tender on technical grounds.
