Suthra Punjab Agency Multan, Government of Punjab, invites eligible, reputable and experienced firms, companies, contractors and suppliers registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments to bid for rental machinery services for primary waste collection during self-operations following termination of the contract agreement in Multan City, Multan Sadar and Shujabad. The procurement is for FY 2026–27 under PPRA Rules 2014. The agency was established under the Suthra Punjab Authority Act 2026.

Applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to participate. Tender documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available to registered applicants at ep.punjab.gov.pk and through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ActiveTenders.aspx. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the publication date on the PPRA website.
Bidders must submit their bids with the required documents demonstrating qualifications, financial soundness and relevant experience for the machinery services. The Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure will apply under PPRA Rules 2014.
Each bid must include approximately 2% of the estimated cost as bid security, submitted according to e-Procurement requirements in the form of a bank guarantee, demand draft, CDR or pay order in favour of Suthra Punjab Agency Multan. Under PPRA Rule 27, the procuring agency may require bid security not exceeding 5% of the estimated price. Bids without bid security will be rejected as non-responsive.
Proposals prepared according to the bidding documents must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 19 November 2026 at 11:30 AM. Proposals will be opened on the same system that day at 12:00 PM. Proposals submitted through any other mode will not be considered. If the submission deadline falls on a declared public holiday, submission and opening will take place on the next working day.
