TMA Havelian E-Auction for Municipal Revenue Contracts 2026–27

Tehsil Municipal Administration Havelian invites electronic bids for municipal revenue contracts for the financial year 2026–27. This is the sixth auction invitation. Bidding will be conducted through the E-Auction System.

The bid submission period opens at 9:00 AM on 23 November 2026 and closes at 3:59:59 PM on 25 November 2026.

Registration and participation: Contractors must register online at www.cfms.lcbkp.gov.pk. Online registration charges may be deposited through a Bank of Khyber branch. Participants must submit two original bank call deposit receipts (CDRs) as required for auction participation.

Payment and security: The successful bidder must make the required 10% payment within three days. An additional 15% security deposit is required alongside the 5% earnest money. Earnest money will be adjusted against the successful contractor’s security deposit. Following approval, the successful contractor must complete the required contractual formalities within seven days.

Contract execution: After the provisional award, the successful bidder must execute an agreement with TMA Havelian on the required stamp paper. A guarantor with immovable property within the relevant jurisdiction is required, together with the applicable property documentation.

Conditions: Failure to fulfil payment and contractual obligations may result in action against the bidder, award to the next eligible bidder and recovery of the resulting difference. Applicable KPRA requirements and taxes must be observed. The contract may not be sublet, transferred or assigned; violation may result in cancellation and a 10% penalty.

Disputes concerning the contract will be referred to the Regional Municipal Officer, whose decision will be final. Participants are responsible for completing their online bidding arrangements; the administration will not accept responsibility for bidding difficulties arising from software, internet or banking issues.
