Position	Qualification	Experience and Skills
Project Manager	B.Sc. Civil	15+ years of experience in multistory building projects.
Construction Manager	B.Sc. Civil or DAE Civil	10+ years of experience for B.Sc. Civil holders, or 15+ years for DAE Civil holders.
Planning Engineer / Office Engineer	B.Sc. Civil	5+ years of experience in planning and scheduling. Proficiency in Primavera P6, BIM, AutoCAD, Revit and 3D modeling.
Quantity Surveyor (QS)	DAE Civil	10+ years of experience in BOQ estimation and rate analysis. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Eagle Point and MS Office.
AutoCAD Operator / Draftsman	DAE Civil or CAD Diploma	5–8 years of experience in structural and architectural shop drawings. Advanced skills in 2D/3D AutoCAD and Revit.
Site Engineers	DAE Civil	10+ years of site supervision experience in multistory projects.
Surveyor	Diploma in Surveying	10 years of experience. Proficiency in Total Station, AutoCAD and MS Office.
Assistant Surveyor	Diploma in Surveying	5 years of experience. Proficiency in Total Station, AutoCAD and MS Office.
QA/QC Engineer	B.Sc. Civil or DAE Civil	8+ years of experience in quality control and audit standards.
Material Engineer	B.Sc. Civil/Geology or DAE Civil	8+ years of experience in laboratory testing and mix designs.
HSE Engineer	Bachelor’s degree with NEBOSH/IOSH	5+ years of HSE experience on building sites.
