District Council Sialkot invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for development works under the Pakistan Engineering Council for Financial Year 2026-27. Bids must be submitted online only via the Punjab e-Procurement portal on or before 05-08-2026 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 1:30 PM in the office of the District Council Sialkot in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be furnished as a Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) transmitted via SWIFT MT760 in favour of the Chief Officer, District Council Sialkot; physical bid securities will not be accepted.
