District Council Sialkot Tender: Arrangements for 6th September 2026 Event

District Council Sialkot invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the following development work. Contractors must be duly enlisted/renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for Financial Year 2026-27 where applicable and meet eligibility requirements in the bidding documents. Procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Key instructions: bidding documents and specifications are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bids must be submitted electronically. Bidders shall furnish a Bid Security of 5% of the estimated cost as a digital bank guarantee (e-) via SBP/NIFT MT760 using the PSID generated from the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical bid securities will not be accepted. The successful bidder will provide a Performance Security of 5% of the contract price through SWIFT MT760 in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules. Bids will be valid for 60 days from opening. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept/reject bids, vary quantities, and verify credentials. All prevailing Government of Punjab laws, notifications and procurement rules apply.
