Key submission and eligibility information
- Bid submission deadline: 2016-09-10 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM at the Office of Horticulture Agency, Sialkot.
- Bid security: 10% of the respective reserve price must be submitted as CDR in favor of Managing Director, Horticulture Agency, Sialkot by 11:00 AM on 2016-09-10.
- Contract term: Five years with a 10% increase in annual tenancy each year. Successful bidder must quote annual tenancy not less than the prescribed reserve price.
- Only technically qualified bidders (minimum qualifying score: 75/100) will have their financial bids opened. All installation, operation, electricity, maintenance, repair and allied expenses are the responsibility of the successful bidder.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids, and to amend/cancel the tender in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules and PPRA requirements. Full terms and conditions are in the bidding documents.
