District Council Sialkot Tender: Construction of Nullah near Azam House, Pasrur

Issuer: District Council Sialkot. The Council invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the listed development work(s) under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Key procurement conditions: Bidding documents, including terms, specifications, eligibility criteria and other requirements, will be available only on the Punjab e-Procurement System from the date of publication. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must submit a bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost through a Digital Bank Guarantee (SWIFT MT760 using the PSID generated from the Punjab e-Procurement System). The successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Security of 5% of the Contract Price through SWIFT MT760 in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bids will be evaluated and the contract awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bids shall remain valid for 60 days from the date of opening. The District Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Submission and opening details: Electronic bid submission only. Last date/time for submission: 2026-09-02 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM in the Office of the District Council Sialkot in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
