District Police Officer, Sialkot invites e-procurement bids under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended up to 31.12.2021) from reputed and financially sound registered firms (registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments) having previous experience for framework contracts for various miscellaneous items on FOR basis.
Submission method and key instructions:
- Single Stage: One Envelope Bidding Procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
- Tender documents may be downloaded free of cost and bid submission is through the Punjab e-procurement system only.
- Technical and financial bids, duly completed, signed, stamped and in complete conformity with the bidding documents, must be submitted online at the Punjab e-procurement portal. The tender URL given is: https://epp.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx
- Bidders must upload bids on the PPRA e-procurement portal before the submission deadline; late submissions will not be entertained. The District Police Officer reserves the right to accept or reject all bids/proposals in line with rules.
