The Office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala (Military Engineer Services) invites sealed tenders for multiple works for the provision of facilities at PAF bases, with individual estimated costs ranging from Rs. 26.383 million to Rs. 29.729 million. Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms only.
Eligible firms must be registered with PEC (Category C-5 or above, valid through June 2026), preferably enlisted with MES (Category A); non-enlisted firms must provide 2% refundable bid security. Submit bids to HQ DW & CE (PAF) Chaklala by 27 July 2026 (received by 11:30 hours); bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 hours. Required submission documents include work histories, completion certificates, personnel list, bank statement, NTN and income tax returns for the last three years.
