Issuer: Cantonment Board Sialkot. Mode: Electronic bidding through E‑PAKs Acquisition & Disposal System (E‑PADS) version 2.0 using Single Stage – One Envelope procedure under Rule 36(a) of PPRA Rules 2004. Works are to be executed on the basis of MES Schedule of Rates, 2025 (amended up to date) on percentage above/below or at par basis.
Eligibility: Contractors/firms with valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the current financial year (2026‑27) and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue are eligible to participate. Earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost (as listed) must be submitted as specified in the e‑bidding system.
How to apply/bid: Interested contractors must submit bids online through E‑PADS v2.0. Tender documents, BOQs and detailed terms & conditions are available on the E‑PADS system. Hard copy/physical bids will not be accepted. The Cantonment Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules.
